Spiritual care is a type of support within healthcare that addresses a person’s spiritual, existential, and emotional needs, often in times of illness or crisis.

Spiritual care is for all belief systems.

It goes beyond physical and social well-being to help individuals find meaning, purpose, and hope, and can
involve various practices like listening, talking,
praying, exploring beliefs and finding new ways to
cope from a spiritual perspective.
