Philosophy of Care
A diagnosis of cancer is challenging emotionally and physically. My ultimate goal as a hematologist and oncologist is to help my patients in navigating through the difficult times, while providing them with evidence based, cutting-edge treatments and knowledge about the disease. I feel privileged in caring for my patients and in giving them support and comfort during their stressful times. Each patient is unique and it is important to me to understand the needs and concerns of my patients and their families. I strive to focus on delivering the best possible care for my patients, treating not only the condition with all resources available but considering the needs and desires of my patient in their fight against cancer.
