Philosophy of Care
"As a nurse practitioner, my role is to augment that of the doctor by providing patients with the information they need to make well-informed decisions about their health. Too often, patients feel helpless in the face of disease. I am here not just to provide care, but also to help them feel empowered to ask questions and to be an active participant in their cancer journey. Personal
I live in South Minneapolis with my two teenagers and two cats. We moved here from Connecticut and we love city living. We are trying lots of new restaurants and enjoying the extensive theater and live music opportunities here.
