Compliance/Grievance Procedure

You have the right and responsibility to express concerns and dissatisfaction or make complaints about services you do or do not receive, without fear of reprisal, discrimination or unreasonable interruption of services. The telephone number to Minnesota Cancer Care Pharmacy is 651-255-8480. Please ask to speak with the pharmacist in charge or the staff pharmacist on duty.

MCCP has a formal grievance procedure that ensures that your concerns/complaints will be reviewed and that an investigation will be started when a concern/complaint is received. You may initiate a formal grievance in writing and forward it to RMCC Pharmacy. You can expect to receive a timely response from one of our pharmacists. Patients may also contact the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) at 855-937-2242.
