Dr. Cathy Casey Recipient of the Angel Foundation Founder’s Award

Minnesota Oncology is proud to be the legacy sponsor of Angel Foundation’s Gala Event.
The event hosted by Brett Hoffland of KSTP, raised $890,000 this year.

Last year, Margie Sborov, the founder of Angel Foundation, received the first annual Founder’s Award. The Angel Foundation Founder’s Award was created to recognize an individual that exemplifies all that Angel Foundation is – bigger, bolder, better.

This year, Dr. Cathy Casey was the recipient of the Founder’s Award with Dr. Mark & Margie Sborov presenting her with this honor. Dr. Casey has been a board member of Angel Foundation for the past 8 years. She has used the gala as an opportunity to recognize and honor her team, by having them attend this special evening.

Dr. Cathy Casey is one of Minnesota Oncology’s premier Gynecologic Oncologists practicing at the Edina office.
As one of her colleagues shared, “she puts her patients first and works her buns off for them.”

Congratulations Dr. Casey! Our patients and Angel Foundation are so lucky to have you on their team.
