Recent National Outage

Our practice was recently impacted by the national outage experienced by Change Healthcare, a healthcare technology company that provides services to our organization, because of a cyberattack.

During the outage, certain systems and services we use for administrative tasks, including billing for your visits, were temporarily unavailable. This may have caused inconvenience and concern for you, especially when billing has been delayed.

We know the importance of safeguarding your data and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy and security. Change Healthcare reports that their privacy office and information security teams are working to understand the impact to patients. At this time, we have not received any notices that your personal or medical data has been compromised because of this outage.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this incident and appreciate your patience and understanding. We are working hard to resolve these issues while trying to minimize any impact on your healthcare experience with us.
