Humana Medicare Advantage Plans
Effective January 1, 2025, many healthcare systems in Minnesota will no longer be in-network providers for Humana Medicare Advantage plans. Minnesota Oncology collaborates with several of these organizations for services such as lab work and surgeries across our continuum of care. We encourage you to review your insurance coverage, including out-of-network benefits, to ensure seamless access to care.
