Minnesota Oncology’s Waconia Clinic Ranks #1 in State for Providing Timely Care

The Minnesota Department of Health and Minnesota Community Measurement's 2015 Patient Experience of Care Survey results were releases last month, and Minnesota Oncology received some top rankings.

Our Waconia Clinic ranked #1 for "Getting Care When Needed" and #5 for "How well providers communicate". Our Fridley Clinic was in the top 10 for "Courteous and Helpful Office Staff" and "Providers with a most positive rating."

This was the second year of the survey. Results are based on 200,500 patient-completed surveys on patient experience of care - the largest statewide patient experience survey in the nation. See all survey results here.
