Customer Service Update: Increased Scheduling Staff in Process at MN Oncology

Dear Patients,

Serving you is our highest priority. Our goal is to ensure all aspects of your care experience are of the highest standard and as seamless as possible.

We sincerely value your understanding and tolerance given the growing complexity of cancer care for our patients. Scheduling does take time because we schedule many different appointments as well as additional tests, imaging and other procedures outside of MN Oncology for you.  Fitting these additional tests and procedures into our patients’ busy lives requires time and attention to many details. We ask for your patience and tolerance for what can become long telephone wait times as we strive to coordinate all of these appointments for you.

Minnesota Oncology also offers secure, instant access to information about your diagnosis, medications, lab results, and more through our Patient Portal, My Care Plus. Online access also include a Secure Message Center that allows you to securely communicate with your care team. Learn more about and enroll in My Care Plus and the Secure Message Center here.

We are always working to improve our service at Minnesota Oncology. To that end, we are expanding our scheduling staff. Please know that when we are working with you to schedule your appointments, we are focused on YOU, the patient.

Thank you for entrusting us with your care.
