Diagnosis and treatment of Breast, Colon/Rectal and Thoracic cancers usually involves a multi-disciplinary care team. With that in mind, our Edina Clinic offers the services of Nurse Navigators – Advanced Practice Registered Nurses who offer individualized assistance to make the treatment process as stress-free as possible.

Our Navigators Will…

• Expedite care through the multi-disciplinary care team
• Identify any potential barriers to care
• Streamline appointments and diagnostic testing
• Direct you to clinic, community and national resources
• Provide education resources to empower patients and their families
• Offer emotional support to the patient and family members
